I already spend enough time uploading on this site. Some videos take 4-5 hours between upscaling and then uploading. So if you see something you like it's best to download it immediately.
Unfortunately, I only know of them through old trailers and didn't have to foresight to download them when I had the chance. This scene was actually taken off another uploader on Spa@nkbang a decade or so ago on my old laptop (which I extracted two years ago).
This scene has been missing from their website for at least 15 years. I happened to have this on an old hard drive. I can name literally 50 scenes they've released that can no longer be found.
Not sure about those starlets specifically. What I do know is B-Bros changed the game as the industry was transitioning from the DVD era to the internet subscription era. And if a girl wanted to stay viable they had to do business with them (or the countless other internet content sites).
For the older stuff I'm going with Rhea or Iris. The latter is great for blurry faces. And I wouldn't go past 2x for anything under 720p because of the unwanted artifacts. I learned this lesson the hard way when trying to take a super compressed video of Busty Ana and upscaling it with Rhea 4x. It was fine when her face and body encompassed the majority of the screen. But on long shots - where there isn't as much information for the AI to extrapolate - the results were less than stellar.
Topaz Labs. Specifically the Rhea, Iris, and Artemis models (depending on the initial quality) This video was done using Iris, which is great for adding a finishing touch to modern 720p. If I need to go heavier - 90s VHS and early 2000s pre-HD DVD - I use Rhea. If I need to boost the frame rate to 60fps I use Artemis.

Your best bet is Wayback Time Machine to figure out what the scene is called. Without more context it's like finding a needle in a cunt stack.

She just goes by "Gia". This is from "D3l1nquent T33ns" (2001).

That's a D!gital Pl@ygr0und series if I'm not mistaken. I pretty much have access to most of those scenes. Twenty DVDs or so.
